Lobsterman's Life

The original idea for this watercolor painting came to me while relaxing and spending time drawing. It started out as a quick sketch and grew from there. Most all of the foreground water was painted while talking on the phone with my sister so I didn't have time to really think about what I was doing instead just keep the painting loose and show perspective. I like how it turned out since the water looks very spontaneous with a sort of loose rhythm to it.
