Blog

It's been awhile since I wrote a new blog and since it's Easter weekend I wanted to get busy and wish everyone a very Happy Easter or Happy Passover! I've been working in the studio on a new landscape watercolor painting and I'll be sure to post it along with a new blog soon as it's done. I have lot's of new painting ideas planned for this year and currently getting a second watercolor painting ready to start as well. One of my goals as an artist is to start painting portraits sometime this year and what that means is learning more about portrait painting in watercolor. I've done my fair share of life study drawing over the years so I'm up to the challenge! In the meantime, Spring and summer can't get here fast enough for me! The weather here in Pennsylvania has been rather odd and playing games on us. One day It's in the high 50's or 60's and the next time It's snowing. I'm ready for the opportunity to go out to draw and Plein Air paint. I'm sure there's plenty of Holiday things to do so please stay tuned and have a safe happy holiday!
