It's a new year and along with it brings new hope and determination to make it much better then the last! I think most of us would agree too that it's best to leave 2020 in the past. Every year I like to make goals for myself rather then resolutions. It's fun to have a new set of things I want to try and accomplish in the new year. My first hurtle was to make some new videos lessons on watercolour painting! Guess what? I just finished filming my second video yesterday and I think it turned out well! There's a short introduction then the second video is on color which I believe is very helpful and entertaining as well. Many people have told me they want to learn watercolor painting. So I'm hoping to help people become better artists and watercolor painters and the best part is that the videos are free! In addition I'm offering a 15% discount on my watercolor paintings. New art is a great way to brighten up a place especially under the present circumstances. One of my most recent paintings picured above is titled That Down Home Feeling 15 x 22" on 300lb Arches watercolor paper. I'm trying to give the viewer a scene of peace and calm. Hopefully in the new year we will find peace and calm! All the best, Don Whitesel at www.donwhitesel.com
