Blog

I wanted to write this blog about what's new in my studio! If you want to receive an alert when I post new art work please click the link at the top of my website. I'm also on facebook listed as Don Whitesel Studios and would love to hear more from my email newsletter subscribers from time to time! I can be found on Instagram as well under my regular name where I usually post new work and info. My portfolio is ever growing and if I forgot to mention it I'm extending a Holiday discount this year! So if you want to give someone (or even yourself) new art work then please drop me a line. One last bit of info please check out the link at the top of my website for Fine Art America where you can buy prints and more. Fine Art America has great coffee mugs and each one has one of my paintings on it. Okay so what's new in studio? I plan to paint subjects like a male and female pair of cardinals in the winter time, A Snowy Owl, Floral still life's, and more Landscapes of course an some with white tail deer in them. I'm planning to do a painting of a Lobsterboat at rest in a snow storm. I love New England and the idea of painting a lobsterboat  in a coastal snowstorm is fantastic! So please stay tuned for more beautiful watercolor paintings. Happy Thanksgiving, From Donwhitesel.com
